1. Eligibility for Return

• You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

• Returns are only accepted if the item received is:

  • Damaged or defective

  • Wrong size or wrong item sent

  • Material or design differs significantly from the product description

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items purchased during clearance or sale

• Innerwear or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

• Items that have been worn or used

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

• Mention your Order Number, reason for return, and include clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect

• Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions

4. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

5. Exchange Option

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please mention this in your return email. Exchange is subject to product availability.
